Just what I needed
I use this Srsana Exercise Ball daily for my workout routines. Whenever possible, I prefer not to get on the floor to stretch, as this ball allows me to perform effective stretching exercises without needing to get on the floor. I used all the items included in the package, which also came with a pump that efficiently inflated the ball to the desired firmness. Assembly was straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions provided. I enjoy watching YouTube workout videos featuring exercise ball routines, as there are numerous ways to incorporate the ball into various exercises. The Srsana Exercise Ball has maintained its air pressure without deflating, thanks to its thick, durable plastic. I didn't have a choice of color, so I received it in blue, which is a calming and versatile shade.

    Had my knee replaced and this was the perfect size to do my torture stretching exercises. Super easy to use and set up. Came with its own pump. Light weight and good quality! I expect to use this for both knees to build up the strength in them both.

    I finally swapped out my desk chair for this exercise ball to help with my posture, and it’s been a total game changer for my lower back. I was a bit worried about the 'anti-burst' claim, but the material feels really thick and durable not that cheap, thin plastic you sometimes see. It’s got a nice grip to it so it doesn't slide around on my hardwood floor, and it feels very stable even when I’m sitting on it for a few hours at a time.

    The included pump was actually better than I expected. It took a few minutes to get it fully inflated, but it was straightforward and didn't require a workout of its own. I’ve noticed I’m much more mindful of my core while I'm working, and I don't feel nearly as stiff by the end of the day. If you’re looking to add some ergonomic support to your office setup, this is a solid, affordable way to do it.

    The yoga ball seems to be made of durable, good-quality material, and the price was very affordable. I haven’t had the chance to use it yet, but the biggest downside was inflating it. The foot pump took quite a bit of effort and was time-consuming. If there were an easier or faster way to inflate the ball, I would easily give it 5 stars. Overall, it appears to be a great product for the price, and I’m looking forward to using it.

    Cheap Quality, Dangerous Results

    My pregnant wife was able to use this ball for about 3 minutes, before it ruptured and popped, causing my wife to fall to the ground. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

    We followed inflation instructions exactly, yet the ball still ruptured. Extremely disappointing.

    Nice exercise ball for old or young! I use this ball for exercises for my back and legs, kids love it for cardio drumming… and the grands just like to roll it around! Easy to use, pumps up quickly and holds air well.
