Does the solar panel still work on cloudy days or in the shade?

Yes, our high-efficiency monocrystalline cells still generate power on cloudy days. However, the output wattage will drop significantly compared to direct sunlight. Full, unshaded sun is always required for fastest speeds.

Is it safe to leave the solar panel outside in the rain?

The solar panel body is IP67 waterproof and handles sudden storms easily. However, the hub and connection cables are not fully waterproof. Please ensure the junction box and your connected devices stay dry to prevent short circuits.

Do I need to buy extra adapters to charge my portable power station?

No extra cables needed! The panel includes a versatile 7-in-1 adapter cable (Anderson, XT60, DC7909, DC8020,DC5525,DC5521,DC35135 ) that is plug-and-play compatible with most major portable power stations on the market.

Why doesn’t my solar panel reach its rated power?

Rated 400W is the optimal test result under ideal conditions. The output power can vary due to sunshine, panel orientation, temperature, etc. To get a higher wattage, please place it under stronger sunlight, at a perfect angle, and avoid shadow.
